Refund Policy
1. Refund Policy
National IPS is committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. The following terms govern all refund requests:
- General Refunds:
National IPS is committed to customer satisfaction. A refund may be issued upon request within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase only if the course has not been accessed or completed and the user expresses dissatisfaction. This “Worry-Free Guarantee” is designed to provide peace of mind when enrolling in our courses. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official contact form available on the National IPS website.
Please note that this “Worry-Free Guarantee” is subject to the terms outlined in our full refund policy and does not apply to in-person or American Red Cross courses, which have separate refund conditions.
- Completed Courses:
No refunds shall be granted for any course that has been fully completed, regardless of outcome or satisfaction. - Specialized Certifications:
All specialized certification programs are non-refundable, due to the proprietary nature of the materials and evaluation mechanisms. - In-Person Courses:
If you are unable to attend an in-person course or session, you may reschedule or complete the course within thirty (30) calendar days from the original purchase date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your enrollment, and you may be required to repurchase the course to attend a future session. No refund shall be granted in such cases. - American Red Cross Courses:
All courses offered in partnership with or under the American Red Cross brand are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable upon registration. No exceptions will be granted under any circumstances. - State-Specific Consumer Rights:
This Refund Policy shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Where such laws provide you with rights that exceed those stated herein, National IPS shall comply with such statutory requirements.
2. Course Cancellation
National IPS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course—whether in-person or online—due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be notified promptly using the contact information provided at registration.
Students affected by a cancellation will be offered the choice to:
- Receive a credit equal to the amount paid, applicable toward enrollment in a future course, or
- Transfer their enrollment to the next available session of the same course, subject to availability.
Please note that no cash refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by National IPS. National IPS is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by students due to course cancellations or rescheduling, including travel or lodging.
