Course Description
This fully online Crowd Control course is officially recognized by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) and satisfies one of the required continuing education modules for licensed security guards in California. Designed to prepare guards for high-tension group settings, this course teaches essential strategies for managing large crowds, preventing escalation, and responding appropriately to disruptive or unlawful group behavior.
From handling loud celebrations and labor disputes to managing planned civil disturbances, this training prepares security personnel to think ahead, act lawfully, and ensure the safety of people and property during crowd-related events.
🔑 Students should complete the BSIS 8-hour Initial Security Officer Certification course before enrolling or have plans to complete it.

Requirements / Instructions

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have completed the BSIS 8-hour Initial Security Officer Certification course or have plans to complete it
